5 साल में 3 बार लक्षद्वीप के सांसद बने मोहम्मद फैजल क्या है पूरा मामला

लक्षद्वीप के सांसद मोहम्मद फैजल की संसद सदस्यता बड़े हिचकोले खा रही है. कभी चली जाती है, कभी वापस आती है. फैजल एनसीपी के सांसद हैं. एक बार फिर फैजल की संसद सदस्यता बहाल हुई है. एक साल में दो बार मोहम्मद फैसल की संसद सदस्यता गई और और वापस बहाल हुई. इस बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट से सजा पर रोक लगने से राहत मिली है. संसदीय इतिहास में दो बार संसद सदस्यता जाने और बहाल होने का ये अकेला अनोखा मामला है.

Once again Faisal’s Parliament membership has been restored. Mohammad Faisal’s membership of Parliament was lost and reinstated twice in a year. This time there has been relief from the Supreme Court with the stay on punishment. This is the only unique case in parliamentary history of losing and restoring membership of Parliament twice.
